"This river house is very spacious. It is located on a lush, secluded lot with private beach and private boat deck. We had 9 guests. The open layout is ideal for socializing, and there are plenty of spaces available when you wanted more privacy. The location was a short drive to a beautiful local golf course, to the town of Urbana, and some great restaurants on the water.We rented a pontoon boat and cruised around the river, docking the boat right on the private beach. The owners have had the house in their family for years. They were very responsive to our needs. We plan to book the property again next September. "

Million dollar views from a small charming house….clean, relaxing, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Great location to some great places to eat. I suggest you book sooner than later, just dont book my week please."

"Great stay and fantastic views. Felt like we were isolated, yet only 10 minutes from Kilmarnock. Enjoyed the great blue heron, seagulls, nuthatches and humming bird that were around the property. Large rooms and plenty of space to spread out."

"We had a wonderful vacation. The house is amazing, offering everything you’d need for a relaxing yet enjoyable time on the beach. We had 8 people in our family group (3 kiddos) and there was more than enough room for everyone. We cooked and enjoyed meals in the kitchen. The hosts were responsive, making check in so easy. "
