"Perfect location! We loved being right in the heart of downtown and soaking up the energy of the area. The property was very well equipped, and the starter kitchen and bathroom supplies were very much appreciated. The space was extremely comfortable. Communication before, during, and after our stay was excellent, and check-in and check-out were easy and seamless. We would definitely stay here again!"

The restaurant was delicious and had new things for us to try! The Lodge is nestled in the woods in Maryville, it was a great location that made you feel away when you were in the city."

"This hotel is not bad at all. Any issues, the staff takes care of it. Some things were not as clean as I expected, but when I told the front desk they had it taken care of pretty quickly. I have to say that Katy at the front desk is a superstar. She has a good memory- she remembered me from a stay about six months ago, and I heard her know a guest by name even though he did not frequently come through Maryville/Alcoa. Super helpful and very nice. We were here for Christmas and have enjoyed our stay!"
