This was my first time visiting Bali, and everyone’s service was amazing—so friendly and welcoming! Every day, the staff checked in to see if everything was okay and if we needed anything. The room was very clean; although there were a few little critters, the staff helped right away when we mentioned it. 「wanna have an elephant chaufeur service right out of your window? There it is. The staff there are surprisingly friendly, room cosy and elegant, environment clean and fresh(though seeing the cute elephants pooping really funny). It is a shame that I only had one night stay there. Will definately go back and if you stay there, really make your time there! One night is really too short!」

「We booked family connecting room for our trip this time, requesting extra bed in each room for the kids. The rooms are neat and clean. The staffs are nice and respond our request quickly.
There are a variety of activities can do in hotel. We stayed in hotel one full day. We played at the beach which can walk directly from hotel lobby. 「飯店整體：位置離沙灘約走路5分鐘、單車2分鐘即可到達(不知為何網頁標註距離4.5公里)，還有私人沙灘(雖然範圍很小)，非常便利！出飯店直行則是整排大又新穎的各式餐廳與酒吧，吃喝不成問題。客房空間寬敞設備新、整體品味與氣氛細膩度很夠，十分喜歡！
飯店設施：所訂房型無浴缸也只有公共泳池，幸好使用的人不多所以不困擾！專屬洗浴備品很讚。飯店餐廳面對馬路、用餐有些壓力，四周造景使得蚊蟲多比較困擾，餐點味道普通不值價。可免費租借單車＆飯店每日設計特別活動！(有跑步、單車、瑜伽、廚藝、露天電影等)，還有藝文廳展示印尼新銳藝術覺得很棒。
服務品質：飯店保全嚴謹、服務人員很細心，晚間特別到花園陽台點上蚊香。雖然離開時不是向飯店叫車，也幫忙注意行李與調整座椅！
客房清潔度：整潔舒適無話可說，就是插座少又分散，充電麻煩。
入住感想：是性價比極高的飯店！一定向大家推薦，也會再入住！Sanur沙灘似乎專門水上活動，鮮少見人游泳、風有點大。不過比起Kuta真是乾淨地多、也不喧鬧，最適合悠閒度假的地區。」
