“What a wonderful hotel with wonderful staff! Daniela at the bar was amazing! People come from other hotels when she’s tending bar just to see her and we can see why. So warm and welcoming and just a beautiful person. Milton was the man as well. Very clean and smells so good when you walk in. We will be back for sure! ”

“Very nice room, loved the kitchenette, pool.was warm, and hotel was close to kings island. ”

“I appreciated the gentleman who checked us in. I had called earlier that day to make sure I was in a handicap room. At that time, I wasn't. However, by the time we got there, I was assigned a handicapped room. We had also requested connecting rooms. They were also able to accommodate us with that. That was the good part. When we got in the room, I was not able to roll my wheelchair between the bed and the dresser, I was also not able to roll between the beds. Luckily, I'm able to walk……

“Had a great weekend at the hotel. Was very clean and comfortable. Was reading reviews about the towels but we had no issues. Pool towel are now at the front desk which I think is very fair. Very clean very nice. The only “issue” is the pool was very cold but we had a great time in the hot tub”
