「The property was in a good location near many of the attractions. It was a little loud a couple of nights, but it was just the normal city noise. Check in was smooth and check out as well. All requests were reasonable and we didn’t have any issues during our stay. 「The apartment was perfect! Location perfect! It was the coldest week of the year and the lockbox was buried under a foot of snow and they had someone come dig it out and open it for us! 9/10 I hold back the 1 because the welcome instructions say the property manager will contact you 2-3 hours before check in. And that didn’t happen I had to walk 2 blocks with 2 suitcases and bags because they didn’t call and the address wasn’t correct. Really frustrating in 15 degrees but it all worked out」
