"The breakfast was pleasantly unexpected on what vast varieties were offered on the buffet. "

"As expected for the price. Everything worked: aircondition, breakfast, shower and so on. Good with close location to the beach. The bed seemed ok, but I prefer a bit more softer/cushioning bed. There were some roadworks being done in the street, so not easy to pass with a suitcase and would be impossible with a car. Nothing that the hotel can do with that."

"We stayed for two nights and had a wonderful stay. Our room had a balcony, which we really enjoyed for relaxing in the morning and evening. The location was great, with an easy walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The staff were especially lovely and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. We would happily stay here again when visiting Marina di Massa."

"The staff is extremely attentive and friendly. The cleanliness throughout the hotel is excellent. The rooms are well-equipped and offer everything you need. A big plus is the always-available parking. The location is also very convenient – just a 4–5 minute walk to the beach. Grazie."

"Hotel is outstanding, it’s over 500 years old and it’s immaculate, food was great, very quiet, first time we have ever stayed in a Palace, room was large with a King bed. My only criticism is that it doesn’t have a true shower. Staff were so polite and accommodating ….we loved the place. Shout out to Lucia who checked us in made us feel so welcome. Appreciated Irina’s help this morning on the check out. "
