「The location is top tier! The views are a dream and the access to the beach is incredible. The only downfall. If you have neighbors above you, beware of the noise of stomping feet. This location is still 5 .」

「The location was great but condo needed a little maintenance. The shower knob was very loose and almost coming off. Towel rack was broken and shower curtain liner needed to be replaced. Parking was not ideal. For 7 condos, there were not enough spots.Excellent ocean view though Was a good quick trip !」

「After walking up the stairs and opening the door of the Matagorda Pearl we were pleasantly surprised by the absolutely beautiful, modern, spacious and spotlessly clean house. Our host, Ryan, was incredibly kind and quick to respond from the moment we booked the property through the day we left. As advertised the house was within minutes to the beach and the refreshing pool was a short walk away. Our family loved staying here.」

「The electronic door lock doesn’t work all the time, code didn’t work when we first got here. Got locked out a few times and host was not responsive」

「The place needs some renevations. Carpet stains made us feel we had to wear shoes and not go barefoot in bedroom. Tile floor at entrance all broken up. Says a BBQ pit there, but was no top grill. View was good, also said can walk straight to beach, they left out only if you don't mind encounter a rattle snake in tall salt grass. I felt it was priced as a upper quality accomidations. But nail holes in walls from previous pictures stained carpet broken outside shower broken built in microwave...

「Great place! Clean and quiet. Easy access to the beach by walking or with a car. Great fishing in the area. Pool was also great and the host was in very quick contact for a small issue we had. We will be returning!」

「Could tell the ceiling had water damage. The master bed sheets did not smell clean. The bed made loud noises with any movement. The air did not flow well to bedroom. Sofa bed was like sleeping on a metal bar.」

「If you want to be on the beach, your literally on it. Is the place perfect no. Are they responsive. Yes. Place is clean. Bed was good. Surfside water is terrible. Utility. Not beach. We've stayed in this building 2-3 times now.」
