“Only one complaint we tried to contact vrbo for the address and got told contact the host which we did but I was made aware earlier that she’s a shift worker so we drove up and down the street for over a half an hour and were about to turn around and head home but luckily for us the host checked her msg’s when she woke up from resting after her shift this complaint is not on the host we had better communication with the host than we did with vrbo the accommodation amazing it was clean and very……

“Fabulous house. Great communication.We were 4 ladies in the area for golf. The house was perfect. We could walk into town for dinner and lovely outdoor area to sit in. Great stay.”

“Absolutely lovely spot- quiet, peaceful with tremendously well planned and tended gardens! The fragrance of gardenias and jasmin is heavenly . Secluded hot tub was perfect. ”

“This place has a great location, nice and quiet with views of the Waikato. Super clean, easy to check in, and the home itself was spacious and new. The hosts were responsive and friendly as well. ”

“Overall the property was fantastic. Everything was clean, everything worked in the home. The only A/C unit is on the ground floor. All of the bedrooms are upstairs. When we arrived all of the curtains were open and no windows were open. The upstairs was over 27*C. It took several hours with windows open to cool the property. If you're not staying in the middle of summer, or if heat doesn't bother you this wouldn't be an issue for you. I would stay here again.”
