“The apartment is roomy and nicely equipped with modern conveniences. Less than a 15 minute, mostly flat, walk to the sassi (old town.) The host was great, quickly responding to my questions. Would stay here again.”

“Wonderful place to spend a couple of days in Matera. Really enjoyed having the wonderful large terrace to sit and have a drink early evening and later when the town is all lit up. Delicious breakfast in cave and very friendly staff! Highly recommend”

“I really liked that there was everything you could need to be comfortable. You can tell there is someone considerate behind the administration. There was abundant drinking water, teas and coffee, water boiler, cups, etc in the common area. In the bathroom, shower cap, soap, and other amenities, enough towels for all the guests (this is not always the case). The family room was great with two rooms and ac in each one. Wifi worked well and the owner is super nice. Breakfast was simple but……
