“I felt comfortable making meals myself after busy days out exploring.”

“The home was quaint, bright, modern, with up to date appiances. It was very clean. I gave it 4 stars on cleanliness only because there's a strong smoke odor throughout that was attempted to be masked by air freshener. Fortunately, we spent very little time in it due to family activities in the area. If I come back, I probably won't stay here again. Host was appropriately communicative.”

“We had a wonderful stay! I was visiting friends and family in the area with my son, and this property was the perfect home base. Everything was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The host was friendly and responsive, and check-in was easy. We appreciated having everything we needed to relax after busy days. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Carmichael. ”

“We often do overnight stays in Sacramento and rent a VRBO property. This home was by far the best! It was perfect in every way and everything was so easy. I haven't slept as peacefully in years - there was absolutely not a sound at night and the dark full-length curtains blocked any light. The a/c was perfect. It just seemed like the whole experience was perfection!”

“Very clean and comfortable! ”

“As advertised, clean, pet friendly, and in a great neighborhood. Would recommend.”

“Thank you for everything! Your place was lovely and wonderful I appreciate the hospitality. In the next time I come to Sacramento I definitely will stay again. Thank you”

“This place was put together on the cheap. Things falling off of the walls or falling over every day. Refrigerator looks like it’s straight out of 1980s. One bedroom tv didn’t work. In the other bedroom the vent didn’t blow enough so we had to put the air way down to make it bearable in there. This caused the rest of the house freezing. Pet friendly but no backyard. Front yard filled with huge weeds. We were there for 3 weeks and no one ever came to take care of it. We were embarrassed when……

“Fantastic place to stay. Clean, comfortable, and perfectly appointed.”

“The property was in a great location. ”

“Loved it perfect for us.”

“The host was very welcoming and straightforward, anything that needed vhanging or raised concern they responded within a few minutes. The house was very cozy with a very modern and clean interior. Thr neighborhood is very quiet with an average distant dog here and there. It also had a centralized location to both sets of freeways. ”

“The price was fair until you add in the $50 per pet fee that was buried in policy and very hard to find.”

“The house was beautiful with more than enough space. The host was very responsive when it came to messaging back n fourth. It was easy to check in and out. Can’t wait to book again for the next get together. The backyard was everything and more. Pool very nice. Next time I’m bringing my dogs so they can have fun in the yard. Notes everywhere to explain how to operate things in the house. See you all again soon!!!”

“Great place, location, and host ”

“A lovely home in a convenient location for getting around the city. Check in was easy. And when we arrived the lighting, gentle background music, temperature and subtle scent were welcoming. Exploring the original art throughout the home made it more appealing. Communication with the owner was prompt and helpful. I would surely choose this home again on a return trip!”
