“Good Value”

“I was required to pay an additional $50 for a non smoking room. The deposit was not indicated online. The non smoking room that I was given had a strong smell of smoke. I asked for another non smoking room and was charged additional money for that room. Since it was late, I went ahead and paid it. That room had a strong mold smell to it although it did seem to improve after the ac ran a few hours. The wifi would not connect. Staff were unable to help. The next morning I asked to check out and……

“We only made it as far as the parking lot. I didn’t even go inside the office because the place looked absolutely horrible—very dirty, run-down, and poorly maintained. I rather lose the money I paid for the hotel than stay there. After spending the entire day at Busch Gardens, I decided to drive 3 hours to my house . I arrived at 1:30am to NC I honestly don’t understand how this hotel is listed on Expedia. The first impression was so bad that we didn’t even feel comfortable getting out of the……

“Room was had a slight mildew smell wich im sure they will are working on staff in nice and seems to take care of any problems stayed here a couple weeks earlier and was in different room the smell might just be that room but it was pretty cheap and its in a quiet location 7-11 right next door”

“It was gross. The hotel was sketchy with a weird man hanging around the front of the hotel. The bathtub was rusted and chipping. The pillows smelled like urine which made my hair stink and to make it all worse there was no late check out and the property manager literally waited outside my door as I was trying to get my things and leaves. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone. The whole experience was horrible. ”

“No shampoo or soap in the bathroom. The only towel bar in the bathroom broken. Coffee maker broken. Loud bikers were allowed to play loud music until 2 A.M. followed by loud talking early in the morning.”
