“The perfect spot for our niece’s wedding weekend.The property is spacious and well appointed. Close to everything but still feels private. Comfortable beds and sitting areas. The pool was amazing and a great spot to relax between wedding events. We had 7 adults stay there was plenty of room for everyone. Dave is a great host. Questions were answered right away. Look forward to a return trip for the next Southampton wedding!”

The cleanliness of the home was perfect and not an amenity was missing - perfect. John was a very thoughtful host and his communication to be sure our stay was top notch was very much appreciated.
