「Arrived at 2 pm, front desk asked us to come back at 3, eventually checked-in at 3 ish, front desk informed that the Spa closes at 4:30. Rushed to the Spa straight after check-in, and the woman at Spa told us the Spa closes at 3:45 instead because they need time to "clean-up". So we ended up spending 15 mins at the Spa.. Went to the Spa next morning, only to find out the Spa was closed the whole day due to "maintenance"! Complained to the front desk when checked-out, and the lady said "well,...

「Very helpfull staff. Evening meal and breakfast were exceptional. No draft beer in the bar. Food and drink prices a bit high. Pre stay admin generated by expedia was atrocious.」

「The staff were extremely helpful. The rooms need some TLC. The Shower would br no good if you were taller or larger in build」

「There was no noise」

「Bed base dirty And was just to single bed pushed together」

「Absolutely superb staff extremely helpful and accommodating, i am deaf and although the hotel does not have a Deafguard the evening shift manager confirmed the night staff would be aware of my additional needs requirement. The hotel is let down by the main owners OYO group who do not seem to invest in their hotels as with many of their group they are in need of a freshen up.」

「Nice place, convenient, clean and comfortable! I shall live here again 」

「Property was very well kept and the rooms were lovely, modern and clean. Staff were wonderful on check in and when we used the bar. Easy to park and access rooms, good selection of drinks at the bar and overall a great family run hotel.」

「A very nice hotel with clean cosy rooms. Breakfast was excellent with local farm products but portions are small. Would definitely recommend it」

「Friday night sing along right below room. Cleaner not present all the time. Bathroom was across the hall and was cleaned once. Windows were single pane and one lock broken Breakfast was Friday to Sunday only and expensive for what you got.」

「Very enjoyable comfortable stay. Would definitely recommend to others!」
