“They need microwaves and desks/tables in the room. I was disappointed that my room didn’t have those amenities.”

“My credit card was charged despite prepaying. In reviewing the folio emailed to me after checkout, they charged taxes which were already paid and documented as such on my initial booking receipt. There were no incidentals charged to the room, just a billing error on their part. When I contacted the property to resolve the overpayment/double charge, I was told they had a new system and the issue would need to be escalated to the manager. “Breakfast was less than average and very expensive for counter service. Don't call it granola if all you do is break up a commercial granola bar. Oatmeal was poorly cooked and unexplainably expensive. Shower, on the other hand, was outstanding, but hallway inside room is too narrow to bring the luggage cart in. Also lighting in bathroom and sleep area is very weak and not useful. ”

“I didn't even get to stay there and I told Expedia one of my money back because I got there early and they let me check in early and when the manager came in at 11:00 I got to straighten out with her but then that owner come in and she was super rude and at 9:00 when I come back from the grocery store she told me I couldn't get a room key and I needed to pay for another day and called the Topeka Police and the escorted me off the property Total disappointment still waiting on my refund from……
