“Had a nice stay in the heart of Little Rock. Did some cycling on the Arkansas River Trail and walked over to the Capital. The host is very responsive to any needs. We were low on dishwasher soap and it appeared outside our door within an hour. I love the gardens and water feature.”

“Doug was very communicative and the property itself is just perfect. It was very clean and lots of great amenities. We especially loved the kitchen! We will definitely look to book the Carriage House the next time we’re in LR.”

“What you see in the listing is what you get and for my husband and I it was perfect. It was just out of the way enough to feel like you were in the country but close enough to the interstate to go where you wanted. The host and hostess were very nice and easy to communicate with. If we ever come back to this area we would definitely stay there again if available. The only thing that I would recommend is a rail to go up and down the steps. As you get older it’s very helpful. Gets an A+ from us.”
