"Seamless stay. Personalized hand written welcome note on arrival was a warm touch. Notably clean, bright and new interior. I had a question prior to my arrival regarding coffee supplies within the cottage. I received a quick and complete response. Great stay, I would stay again."

"Perfect place for relaxation! You cannot beat the views from this home! The sound of the waves lapping the shore is right outside your windows and doors. The house is well maintained and super clean and comfortable. It's located close to the cute town of Niantic with great restaurants and the boardwalk. It was the perfect house to enjoy some relaxing family time with my adult children. I highly recommend this one!"

"This was one the best homes we have ever rented. It is immaculate, wonderfully decorated, well stocked and perfectly appointed. It’s roomy and cozy at the same time. Charming with all modern comforts. There were 6 of us and we were all comfortable. All of the mattress (even the Murphy bed) were amazing. It’s very close to restaurants and shops. Niantic is a charming seaside townMarkus and Mike were so communicative and helpful. It was really wonderful. 100/10 Can't wait to go back!"

"Beautiful cottage near the Niantic. Short walk to the boardwalk and restaurants etc. Very clean and maintained property. My kids loved the added bonus of a few video games and board games.The host Erin was super helpful and responsive."

"I was vacationing with my husband, adult sons, their partners and children. The house layout worked especially well for the couple with kids (they used the upstairs bedrooms which came with a living room that the kids used while those of us downstairs slept a bit longer). The walk to the beach is 5 minutes and very pretty. We loved staying here and Liz was the best!"
