“I would have LIKED to stay at the Royal. I'd made a booking but ran late getting there. No text message. No email. And no keys or anything in the late arrivals box when I got there. You can imagine how great that felt arriving in a dark carpark, with everything closed, and nowhere to stay.
I was lucky to not end up sleeping in the back of my car, but had to suck up paying for a room at another hotel (also closed by the time I got there, but at least there was a bell I could ring).

“This hotel is next to the hunter valley garden. The views outside the balcony is pretty good and I can see the sun rise in the morning. The room is big and comfortable. It has free wifi and it is stable. However, I think the bed is too soft for me.”

“I am regretful to book this hotel and find the host not friendly and not polite at all.
- when i check in, i found that she just put her mobile on the chair and ignore my call ;
- there is no free wine provided as mentioned in tripadvisor
- the room inside is poorly decorated and small pool outside
- the lounge is so small and the sofa is very uncomfortable
- Everything included in the hotel is limited: only one microwave and two plates two cups. After using the microwave, the host blamed……
