「Great staff, super clean room, I like the setup of the security getting into the rooms where you need to use your key card in order to get in through the doors and to your room That's a really nice setup and the hotel itself is very nice and nice pool as well. Front desk is friendly and all staff members are very respectful it's a recommended hotel and it seems semi luxury as well」

「My new favorite Austin hotel! Really great boutique hotel just minutes from downtown and a couple of blocks off the lake and Austin greenbelt. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the hotel has a great sense of that famous "Austin Funkiness" while still feeling high quality, with great little details and touches everywhere you look. Having a hip austin coffeeshop on premises and many restaurants and bars within a short walk was also a plus. Can't wait to stay again!」

「This hotel is a landmark and was built in 1886. They offer a free tour of the hotel which I would recommend. It's very well maintained while keeping all it's original charm. Downtown location is perfect - we did not need a car to get around the city. Staff well very helpful, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel!!!」

「Very nice room and wonderful staff. Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. :( Restaurant did not offer any “ordinary “ food.」

「Nice stay. Sad you have to pay for parking when no security provided. At least that we were aware of. However, front desk was nice. The bartender lady was the most friendly and knowledgeable person at the stay. She made our stay very welcoming and I didn’t drink alcohol. 」

「A cool hotel. Decor is certainly edgy. Good entertainment channels. Only problem was the construction site facing our room and it was noisy when work started. 」

「Let me start off by saying that I was VERY happy about my stay here!! I bought it after looking at reviews, but you never know!! Johnathan started our amazing stay off by helping us do an early check in and helping us out with recommendations. He was so awesome and helpful! The rooms were clean, the area was safe, and it was near so many awesome places to eat/ go to!! Also, the breakfast was fantastic!! I would highly recommend and stay again.」

「Overall, stay was phenomenal, staff was accommodating and friendly. Hotel offerings included a welcome beverage, a free happy hour beverage, free coffee from the cafe in the morning. Option to not have your room cleaned for credit on your stay. As well as a $10 food & Bev credit per day. There is construction in the area but they provide noise cancelling machines and earplugs but we only turned the machine on once so wasn’t bad at all. Really great vibe going on around the hotel with Rainy...
