I had a few suggestions such as Curtains and a daybed or fold out couch for the sun room w/ curtains/shades for the windows - opt 3rd bedrm. Rugs would be nice and a few extra things for the kitchen - stronger garbage bags, a mop, but it did seem the finishing touches were still in progress. Thank you soi much!”

Check-in and check out just as smooth as they could be, house rules actually quite generous for guests, and neighborhood/amenities can't be beat. If you're unsure about booking this place...don't be. “I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY! When I spoke with the OWNER on the phone, his tone was brusk, and irritated. He devovled into swearing, and belittlement, and finally hung up on me. The saving grace was the maintenance man Tre, who was courteous,& brought us new bath/bed linen. Issues w/theroom were noted immediately. “Great cozy place to stay in Greensboro. Close to many attractions and local joints. Only concern that made me put this a 4- vs. 5-stars are the mattresses - they are extremely firm. We typically sleep on a firm mattress and the one at the residence were firmer. Other than that...it was a great place. Great stay. Property manager was quick to respond which was perfect.”

“One of the best vacation rentals you can bring pets to that we’ve ever stayed in! Hosts are super responsive and they went above and beyond to make us feel at home!
