“This was the perfect place for an Adults only weekend getaway. The location on the river is excellent. You can walk to Rio Guadalupe next door, and they'll shuttle you up the river to the horseshoe. No post float shuttle ride or need to drive! The property was quiet with beautiful views from the patio.”

“It was a cute little cottage. We didn't think it was cleaned...and having little ones, its important. We pulled the futon out and were surprised by all the crumbs that were in the crease. Also the fans were full of dust and a lounge chair was tore. Instructions were out dated..or not for that cottage. They instructed to leave dishes in dishwasher but theres no dishwasher. Instructions did say there was a quiet time and having to wear wrist bands, and one parking spot per rental. We saw more……
