“I don’t normally leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after staying here with my son. The hotel itself is beautiful, modern and spotlessly presented. The rooms, bathrooms, bar and décor all look brand new, and the breakfast (€15) was excellent with plenty of choice. The Disney shuttle was also reliable and very convenient. “Ace Hotel! My family’s last day vacation in Paris, we booked your shuttle service through your hotel for 6:30 am on 18/04 to the airport and paid 6 euro each for my family of four (24 euro total) and we spent the night. On route, the shuttle driver asked us to pay more after we told him it’s T1 flight. This question was not asked at your hotel reception when I booked the shuttle. “The property looked nice and it was lovely having the parrots land on the balcony. The drinks in the room were very limited, the staff at reception were a bit rude, some of the machines at breakfast weren’t working and there was nobody around to tell. The guided tour was done by someone who didn’t speak English. The pool was unable to be used as there was an event on near it. On the website it said that dinner was included and we didn’t get dinner.”
