Contemporary building in the prime neighborhood of Laureles-Medellín. This loft is prepared to meet all your needs, featuring a queen bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, hangers, an iron, and other amenities that you're sure to appreciate.
Our rooftop terrace is currently undergoing renovations to make it even better for future stays. While we work on these improvements, the terrace will not be accessible. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait for you to enjoy the upgraded space soon!

Laureles is the main touristic district of Medellin and with its great restaurants, shops and cafes is the perfect place to begin your Colombian adventure, you won't regret it.

We recommend using UBER to move around.

This is a decentralized hotel concept that connects travelers from around the world through a global network of apartments, all offering consistent quality, thoughtful design, a focus on education, and a commitment to sustainability. There’s also a coworking space available on the 11th floor, which can be accessed by requesting it at the front desk.

In order to access the building it is necessary to register with the following information:
- Names of each guest
- ID number of each guest (Passport#, Drivers License#, etc.)
- Estimated time of arrival
