“Great place to stay and excellent location for everything you need in Grand lake, Granby or the Park”

“We had a wonderful stay at Nick’s condo in Grand Lake. The condo was very clean and well equipped to allow us a worry free stay. The bed was comfortable and it was nice having a washer and dryer available to use. We loved the location as it was within walking distance to great food and cute shops in downtown Grand Lake. It is also close to RMNP entrance and Adam’s Falls for hiking and adventure. We highly recommend and will definitely be back. ”

“This place was fantastic. The view of the mountain from the hot tub looks way bigger and better in person than in google maps. It felt very cozy and the fireplace was nice. Anywhere you drive around the area is beautiful with amazing mountain views. There was a lot to do and explore within just a 10 minute radius.”

“We have stayed in the Base Camp condos for the past five years. This was the best one we’ve stayed at and was equipped best as a vacation rental. They had all the extras that have been missing in the past - humidifiers, board games, nooks, spices, all kitchen gadgets for cooking, etc. For sure we would definitely recommend to others and will stay again. Their communication before arrival, during our visit and departure was awesome. ”

“Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Base Camp 313 in Grandy! Everything was simple to find, get to and communication was great. Never had an issue. It was our first trip to Granby so we were unsure of what to expect, but everything exceeded our expectations! The overall location of Base Camp and this particular condo was ideal for skiing! The patio view was also nice! We could see part of the downstairs ski patio and the lifts, which was fun to watch during the day and evening as they……

“far exceeded our expectations! The parking was simpler than some prior reviews made it sound like.Same as the elevator. Hot tubs were very nice. Only downside was the sauna was under maintenance during our stay. Other than that, the proximity to the hill and overall comfiness of the unit made it a proper 5/5 stay!”
