“The first day we arrived on 10am and we cannot find a parking slot in the old town. I go to hotel and the host came out help us to take our luggage into hotel and he said the room was ready. I feel so good because we came earlier than check in time. Breakfast is great traditional Turkish Breakfast. The room is as the same as photo shown also clean except the shower room is a bit small. I really recommend this hotel to you.”

This has been an amazing experience at a hotel to feel warm and welcome. This is exactly what customer service is about, and I’d come here again for every other stay. “location is excellent with 5-minute walk to the Roman Harbour viewpoint (with a glass lift to bring you from the top down to the harbour). The old town is within another 5-minutes walk distance from the Roman Harbour. Hotel price is very affordable and with great value for money. They has the Turkish bath and massage but was fully booked on my arrival day. I had to leave the other day, so probably try it next time.”

“優點： 1. 地點很好，走出去沒多久就是市中心。 2. 房間夠大，可以放下2個29寸行李箱。 3. 早餐是自助式的，可以吃飽。 4. 房內有化妝鏡、空調、冰箱。 5. 大部分的服務人員友善。 - 缺點： 服務人員不同步，明明已經全額付款了，卻說要看我的銀行付款證明，後來我又再次詢問另一個服務人員後，表示說不用，他們電腦顯示已付清。 - 整體來說，雖然比不上高級酒店，但是性價比還算高，畢竟以這樣的價錢就不要求太多了！”
