“So much could be said about Barut Hemera. From the moment you arrive you are treated like you are visiting family. The staff are some of the warmest friendly people we have met during our travels. “There was one double size duvet .Few thin throws . I asked receptionist to giveone duvet as my mum is old and she has diabetes. She was feeling cold they refused to give and they said just turn on the air -conditioner ,we don’t have any. She was uncomfortable at nights.
The sink in the kitchen wasn’t clean .
The cooker wasn’t working.
Surprisingly they had used feminine pad on celling to stick the alarm . I have the video of it . We were in room 303. ”

“Winter season vs summer season is a big difference in options. Winter has only 1 restaurant in the all inclusive as a buffet. The other restaurants are pay to eat if they are even open. Activities also limited in winter. Still a very beautiful place and overall staff was nice.
