This luxury brand new villa in Pomer with amazing sea view has everything you need for a great holiday or extended work related visit. Amazing modern architecture completed by matching luxury interior, very open living room and fully equipped kitchen area facing private pool. Modern garden with BBQ/ shower/ lounge area are making this villa a must have for everyone setting the bar high when it comes to spending a holiday how it should be spent. Located only 12km from Pula airport, 120m from the sea in a quiet area. Everything about this villa is just right.

Important Property booking rules:
-Groups of young people (under 25) not allowed, only families/couples.
-Pool heating with heat pump available upon request with an extra charge of 210 EUR per week - weather-related temperature.
-Pool towels are provided. 4 parking spaces.
