“Martin was very helpful, welcoming, polite, friendly and jolly!!! Amazing welcome. The room was clean and was pleasantly surprised that there was hand soap, a couple of toilet rolls not just 1, shower gel, microwave, extra heater and mini fridge along with more!”

“Friendly and helpful staff, good food, clean. Woluld stay there again. Only downside on street parking and difficult to find a space near hotel.”

“My husband and I had a delightful stay at this charming bed and breakfast on Saturday night. Our room was spacious, comfortable, clean and well equipped . Perfectly located to explore tenterden on foot. In the morning, we enjoyed a lovely breakfast served in a quaint little courtyard besides the beautiful Japanese garden which added to the serene ambiance . “Booked an apartment but due to maintenance problems we were upgraded to a hotel. Very comfortable, quiet and 30 seconds walk to station. ”

“Surrounding wasn't that great but its a working harbor, beautiful boat. Quite and chilled if we are down that way we will definitely go back.”

“Perfect friendly welcome from the lovely girl on reception, was transfered from a local crack den called Stifford Clays farm due to double booked so was so relieved to stay in such a nice hotel with friendly pleasant staff, would certainly stay here again”

“The owner of The Lodge was very welcoming providing me with good information on how to find the place. My room was well equipped with TV, Fridge and Kettle plus storage for clothing if I needed to use it. The site also has ample parking. Although miles from other places, it's a quiet location and quite a hidden gem. It doesn't take long to get back to the Chatham area.”
