  • A sublime modern extension sits behind this classic C1888 double fronted Victorian residence. Featuring three generous bedrooms, two bathrooms and off street parking located moments from Victoria Park. The Main Yarra trail along the Yarra river , cafes and public transport are just minutes away.

    The property layout is as follows: An inviting lead light entry opens into a long corridor off which introduce three generous bedrooms, main with en-suite and central bathroom. Stepping down to concrete floors which flow past a gourmet kitchen featuring double-glazed cafe windows which open into a grape vine covered Atrium, hence the name. Spacious dining room, sunken lounge and spacious second living area are all surrounded by picture windows overlooking a native inspired garden. Central laundry with washing facilities complete inside. Parking is via a remote opening roller door accessed from Trenerry Crescent. Luxurious features include ducted heating/cooling in the rear living/dining areas and hydronic heating in the bedrooms.

    This stunning property is conveniently located near parks and the Yarra River. The home accommodates six guests in three bedrooms with open-plan living and dining spaces, two bathrooms, laundry facilities and parking for one car. Note the garage door only allows cars to a maximum height of 1.8 meters approx

    Living, Dining & Cooking:
    You'll find two spacious living areas, a well-equipped kitchen, and a leafy atrium perfect for outdoor entertaining. The dining space can accommodate 6 people. The home has ducted heating and cooling in the rear dining and living rooms. If you have a small dog, they're welcome, and you can take them to nearby parks. Enjoy your stay in this comfortable and stylish home with all the modern amenities you need.

    Sleeping:
    This magnificent three-bedroom double-fronted residence offers plenty of character with all the modern amenities one would need to enjoy their time in Melbourne. The main bedroom has a queen-size bed and chest of drawers, the second bedroom features a king-split bed and built-in robes, while the third bedroom offers a queen-size bed with a small hanging robe and chest of drawers. Two bathrooms make mornings hassle-free. The main bedroom has an en-suite with a shower and toilet, and there's a central bathroom with a shower above the bath and toilet. Each bedroom has hydronic heating only.

    Parking:
    Parking comprises secure parking in a single remote carport for 1 car with access from Trenerry Crescent. Do note the maximum clearance is 1.8 meters for a car to drive under the roller door when fully open.
