「Staff were super friendly and helpful」

「Location was good, resort rooms/apartments need work as the are aged and run down, only 1 kayak didn’t leak, no bikes, grounds and pool/deck was good, iguanas are locked in a small cage with nothing and overcrowded (should be at least a small bird aviary with a tree/shrub them in it), food was good, u have to ask for rooms to be serviced (u might get it). We had no water a few times and couple of nights, Beach was good. 」

「The whole team were so welcoming and helpful. Petter and Anna are lovely and accommodate any needs. Shout out to the dive team as well who showed me the house reef. The whole experience was more like a holiday with friends or family than what you get at a big resort. Meals and cocktails were amazing and all are made with passion. 「I would like a refund for the accommodation. The property was not as advertised. There was no operating restaurant. The room was unclean The shutters on the windows broken. Overall very unsatisfactory and not what was represented. I would like my $1200 money returned.」

Everything was clean and fresh, beautiful views and the food was amazing but most importantly the staff was the best part, every single one the wait staff, the cleaning crew, the drivers and the garden guys all were absolutely lovely and so friendly they always went out of there way to make you feel welcome and comfortable. It was the hardest part about leaving saying goodbye to them all. 100% recommend to anyone」

「We were hesitant to book Warwick Le Lagon – Vanuatu after reading some reviews, but it ended up being a fantastic stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming — drinks on arrival and live music set the tone straight away. Rooms were clean and comfortable (our garden view even had a partial lagoon view), and the whole resort felt well maintained. Breakfast was better than expected, with fresh eggs made to order and a solid (though fairly repetitive) selection. Dinner buffets were enjoyable —...

「A solid 3 star resort. Below par in a lot of things to include having mould in the rooms and poor bedding. Some of the fixtures in the bathroom were broken. We asked for a room change and still found the same issue such as broken fixture, mould and the bedding had an odour and lets not talk about the wifi. The island is beautiful thought with great staff and the food was good.」

「I do love the hotel. It is located in the city center. The cost of going from the airport to the hotel is reasonable. It is about 1500 VUV. The hotel includes a beautiful breakfast. The omelette is so tasty. The swimming pool is good, you can swim till 10PM at night. Towels can be borrowed from the reception. The view is major.」
