“Tout était parfait, le personnel est vraiment à notre écoute et disposition, les messieurs de la piscine sont vraiment d'une grande gentillesse et serviables, le restaurant propose vraiment de très bons plats, et le cadre est juste magnifique pour un moment de détente et plaisir. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir!”

“We booked a room for 2, but an extra twin bed was already there, so we are given a room for 3. The room is classic, clean and comfortable, with good air conditioning (but only Reception can adjust the temperature ) The wooden floor squeaks when stepped on . During our stay the elevator was out of order for a few hours, but quickly fixed.
Breakfast is decent. Overall very one here is very nice .”

“Es handelt sich hierbei um ein wirklich sehr schönes familiengeführtes Hotel.
Das Hotel ist wunderschön am Berg mit Blick auf den See gelegen und besitzt eigene Parkplätze so wie auch Tiefgarage.
Schon vor der Abreise waren die Besitzer und Mitarbeiter sehr sehr freundlich und dies bestätigte sich auch bei der An- und auch Abreise.
Ein wirklich rundum perfektes Hotel, mit einem ganztägig in der Sonne liegenden Pool.
Das gesamte Team ist sehr sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit! ”

“The room was clean and nice enough, but the view of the lake was obstructed by an adjacent building. The gardens were not very impressive and the pool and hot tub were not good. The exercise equipment and "arcade" were basically a few pieces in an outdoor storage area. The staff and owners were very nice and helpful. You can take a ferry from Stresa to Islo Bella, which is very nice, but parking is difficult and it is very crowded. ”

“Fantastic hotel right on the water near the ferry. Beautiful and quiet little harbor away from the busy road.
Quiet and comfortable attic room.
Staff is friendly and helpful.
Had a great dinner at the restaurant and the breakfasts may have been the best ever for an included meal.
Would absolutely stay again and would recommend!👍”
