“Perfect space for 2 adult couples. 2 comfortable bathrooms and 2 comfortable bedrooms. Only negative is the condo is located on opposite end of Duval street. But, staying on Duval is always more expensive so the quiet side of the island is a good option . Renting a golf cart makes the location a fun use of the ride onto Duval street from the condo. The pool area is very nice. The beds were comfortable. There was an issue with the renters located above our rental but that was out of control of……

“Had to cancel our original trip due to a death in the family and they offered a full refund and were very accommodating so obviously re-booked here when we rescheduled our trip. The unit was nicer than expected with a great waterfront views. Hotel operations were more professional than I would normally expect at a condominium complex. There is a nice heated pool with a full bar and very good food around the pool area. There is a little sandy beach that is great for the kids to play on although……

“Overall, our stay was enjoyable. However, we did experience a few issues. Upon arrival, our room was not ready even two hours after the designated check-in time, front desk did not notify us of this once given keys to our room. When we were finally able to access the room, we found that it had been left open with all of our belongings inside, which was concerning. Additionally, the coffee pot did not fit the maker, therefore could not make coffee properly. The dining furniture was also heavily……
