「I arrived early because I hadn't read the small print that one couldn't check in until 5pm. I didn't feel welcome so I went away and sat in my car until it was 5pm. My room was freezing. The bathroom was too cold to contemplate having anything but a very short use of the loo. The furniture was creaky old as opposed to vintage chic. The staff very friendly and helpful. Excellent evening meal.
The room would have benefited from a bedside lamp reached from the exit side of the bed. 」
