“was sent to my room and it was a room that had not been cleaned yet, had to go back down to lobby and get another room”

“Booked a non smoking room that smelled like a recently emptied ashtray. Burn marks in the curtains. Very dissapointing stay. Slept on top of the bed sheets just incase. Spoke to the person at the front counter in the morning and they didnt offer anything to try and make it right. Only offered me a blank stare until I walked away.”

“I had to ask them to switch my room immediately. When I first entered there were nats flying around the room, the pillows had stains on them, and the tub was constantly leaking and wouldn’t stop.”

“The price was good - the room was a good size with a roll away bed and kitchenette-bathroom could have been cleaner - there was a hole in one of sheets -juice and coffee were terrible - staff was friendly but there was communication issue understanding them and they understanding us/not major issues but minor ones to fix”

“There are bugs both on the bed and in the bathroom, and the floor is very dirty.”

“Don’t get me wrong I understand it’s a Motel 6 but don’t false advertise, there was drawing and stickers on the dresser and headboard. We only had very minimal space to put our things any where and the floor was not going to be one of them. No fridge or microwave. I wish they could be better for themselves”

“My wife and I had such an amazing stay at the McMillan. The house was so beautiful, the staff were wonderful, and the food was delightfully delicious. Oh, and they have so many amenities . Chelsea was proactively attentive to every our requests and needs. Mrs Melissa and Eric are the consummate hosts. Without a doubt, we will be back. This was a delightfully restful haven.”

“Unauthorized charge + zero housekeeping for 3 nights. Avoid. During my stay at this property from June 26-29, 2026, I experienced two serious issues. First, at check-in I was charged without my consent — a double charge, as my reservation was already paid through Expedia more than three weeks prior to our arrival. This unauthorized charge affected our entire vacation from the very beginning, turning what was supposed to be a relaxing family trip into a completely bitter……
