「A sweet little hotel near the airport. It is locally owned and the folks do a lovely job of making the place comfortable and attractive right in the heart of the airport busy stretch. The staff helped us with parking and directions as well as arranged for airport shuttle for us. I highly recommend for your nights in/out of SJO. There is a pool, restaurant, and little outdoor rooms to relax in. Definitely give this place your business!」

「We loved our stay here. The grounds of the property are beautiful and interesting with lots of birds and butterflies (note there is some small construction going on at the moment but this didn’t affect us). It was a relaxing and peaceful place for a few days with excellent hiking nearby to the waterfalls and river swimming pools. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the enclosed seating area at the front of each cabin, with fresh coffee provided, was a great place just to sit for a while....

「They just finished painting the pool edge...looks great. This is our 3 year at the Trapp Family Inn. The only thing that was different was it was warmer than usually in San Jose than in previous years. The rooms were definitely warmer, but we were glad we had ceiling fans. Service, Food, and hospitality were great. We'll be BACK!」
