“The room was uncomfortable with the stange bathroom set up with barely any privacy, the lack of a chair to sit on, the lack of comfortable blanets and pillows on the bed, the old TV that didnt allow for personal app sign in, and the lack of an outlet on both sides of the bed. Money was spent on the unnecessary design and not spent on making guests comfortable. Additionally, the check in experience was poor since we waited a long time while one agent checked her email instead of turning around to……

The only thing I am not that satisfied is the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. Will definitely consider this place once I visit Sarasota again.”

“There are many options available in the area, but this property had the best ratings over others by a lot and that was the reason why I picked it. This is an older property, but very well maintained and loved. Rooms are upgraded and spotless clean and the owner was friendly and accommodating. Rooms could use some touch up paint job that is about. I will definitely stay here again. ”

“Hotel was great - location, amenities, service and cleanliness. Can’t wait to go back. The Rent A Car company -Priceless- was a disaster and ripoff. Located off-airport in a seedy area. Still waiting for reimbursement of $350 extra insurance they required. I’ve never had to provide a copy of the insurance before. Also lied about the need for an Ez pass @ $10.99/ day. Claimed we couldn’t pay at the toll booth. Not true. Took photos to prove. They are not returning my calls. Several travelers……
