「Erittäin miellyttävä kokemus. Huone oli siisti ja viileä. Kommunikointi henkilökunnan kanssa sujui mukavasti ja aamupala oli toimiva.Ilmainen parkki on myös iso plussa.」

「Die Unterkunft übertraf unsere Erwartungen. Das moderne Gebäude ist zweckmäßig, funktional und gut dimensioniert. Die Betten waren einfach, aber in Ordnung. Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und herzlich! Das Essen in der Bar war gut und preiswert. Das Spa ist hervorragend, obwohl es nicht viele große Becken gibt. Die Auswahl an Saunen ist super. Wir werden wieder kommen und können alles vorbehaltlos weiterempfehlen.」

「We spent three nights at the hotel. Our room was bright, clean and comfortable. It was very good that you can close the windows and sleep in complete darkness. The room has good soundproofing. It was cleaned every day. The beds were very comfortable. The breakfasts were excellent. A lot of different food from cereals with milk to sausages and various salads. The hotel owners support Ukraine,at the beginning of the war in Ukraine they gave shelter to thousands of Ukrainians. Thank you for that. I...

「1. 因為出行前扭傷右腳，本人到達酒店時仍然借助枴杖行走。但是酒店提供的位於一層的房間卻需要經過二層穿過整個酒店才能到達。當我發現後要求換房，卻沒有房間了。不過第二天酒店為我換了傷殘人房，非常好。 2.入住當天我們有一個同行的朋友打算更改行程，在塔林住一晚，在要求加床時卻被告知加床已全用完。而且第二天我的朋友就離開了。不過在離店時，酒店未經與我們核實，向我們收取了加床費用。不過在交涉後還是給我們返還了。我對酒店整個印象很好，這兩個小問題解決的也還滿意。不過如果能避免發生就更好了」

「A beautiful hotel, wonderful staff, in a great location. Our room was very spacious, had a mini fridge, nespresso machine, and bottled water. Coffee and water was restocked daily. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and well kept. Location is wonderful. Old town is walkable, full of shops and excellent restaurants and cafes. We will stay here again.」

「Very disappointing for service and place we stay. Dirty place, it mentioned they provide cleaning service everyday, but no one come to clean up. It also mentioned there are air conditioner but there are no this facility. We complained but they just said that this is hotel.com problem. They should contact Hotel.com but they didn’t. Design of our room is quite strange, we found difficulty to use the toilet. Receptionist need to improve english skill. Bad place to stay. Not recommend to all of you.」

「I arrive at 9pm and just staying for one night. With the price, staying for 1 night is fine. For more than 1 night? Nah, not good. The water in bath room as a bit poor. And the breakfast was just normal. Don’t expect too much 」

「The room is not as good as the picture shown. There is no sofa in the room and a chair instead. And the chair and desk is not match. The design of the electricity is not user-friendly as if I remove the room card, the sockets in the room will not work, and there is no on-off button for the lamp near the bed, you can only control the lamp by removing the card, so it is impossible for you to charge your phone after you close the lamp. First night is really uncomfortable as the bed sheet is not...
