"This was the 2nd time I was at this property. The location is great, parking is a challange but "doable". What was different was the unit I was in . It appeared to need to some TLC. It was clean but worn. For example the wall desk needed repairs, corners of cabinents were pealing, closet door did not close all the way, hinges maybe bent.The unit was missing chairs to sit on. "I rarely write reviews, but i felt i need to put this one down to help other future stays make an informed choice about this property. For start its in a beautiful location. The owners are however not honest, the property is not an apartment but a basement in a private home. I would not have minded this except that it was moldy and may not be good for anyone with allergies. "My daughter had convention in Lowell so we stayed in Nashua the drive convenient not too bad. Better than Singing in the big city. The one bedroom studio was perfect for my daughter and I. Listings say sleeps 4. I would say a family of 4, a couple and two young children. Two adults and two teens would definitely be a challenge.
