"The hotel is just showing her age... Patched wallpaper, water-stained carpeting, things like that. Our room was clean and comfortable and the view was fantastic. Be aware that particularly on weekend nights, you will hear a LOT of traffic and stereo noise from Michigan Ave. The concierge was very helpful and the price was right."

The airport is far away and with the traffic, would suggest reserving extra time while traveling to the airport. All in all a great experience. Would recommend without reservations "
