"Old rundown hotel that needs to be upgraded. I stayed here to attend an event at The Auditorium. This is a large complex that includes shopping and other amenities that is near many tourist locations."

"This hotel was nearly perfect! Great staff. Great location. Clean. My only complaint was the ice machine was broken on our floor. We reported it to staff 3 separate occasions and it wasn’t fixed in the 5 days we were there. Hotel is located on a busy street so there is some noise but if that Doesn't bother you… this is perfect. Very walkable location! The staff there are fantastic. From the moment you walk in until the moment you leave. They understand the assignment. Highly recommend. "

"Parking was terrible and expensive. Recommend valet parking. Staff, very hard to talk to and i arrived at 3:30 scheduled to check in at 4 pm. Room wasn't available until 4;30. Staff wasn't to concerned."
