A great place to stay

Stayed here with our kids on a spring break trip. Super nice place with access to all sorts of activities. The quiet neighborhood led to some relaxing evenings following a day on the beach or out taking in the activities near Cocca Beach. Highly recommend this property to families or groups looking for a getaway. The owner made it super easy on us from the moment we booked. Take advantage of the pool and the putting green at this oasis.

Great weekend getaway!

House was extremely clean and everything is new! Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Perfect for families! Host was very helpful and responded quickly! We will definitely be going back!

World Series Softball Team

Everything about it was Awesome... The house had plenty of rooms and beds. Everything was clean and neat. Pool was Great. The guys enjoyed hanging out under the Tiki and gambling on mini golf ⛳. Neighbor came over and was friendly. I spoke with him. Overall I would definitely recommend the home and I will be back to stay again. Thank you for having us.

Family Getaway

Our stay on the SpaceCoast was a spectacular one. The ease of check in and keyless entry was convenient for our entire party. The property and house was clean and well cared for. The pool was PERFECT size and was our favorite hang out spot. We were thankful for the cabana when we needed a break from the sunshine. Tam and the property manager were responsive and readily there for us when little questions came up. We actually got to meet the property owners when a small issue cameUp with the pool and they were so welcoming and helpful. The home was cozy, clean & the linens were plush. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. We enjoyed being close to beaches but also close enough for a short trip to Orlando to parks with 5 children in our group who are all under the age of 8. Overall, we would highly recommend this property and will definitely consider staying again if our travels bring us back to the area.
