Condo was absolutely beautiful. Loved the location and the view. I was not given the door codes and had to call the management company because no one was available at the door to let my family and I in. We were stuck standing outside waiting for the codes to get into the building and the actual room. I had an infant and my other child standing outside in the cold weather waiting for a significant time, absolutely ridiculous. I checked in online earlier in the day hours before we left our home. We drove five hours to get to the property and then had to call for our codes and wait outside. When I called management the first thing I was told was “you should have your codes.” Our online check in still said verification being processed 10 hours later. Although we loved the actual condo, we would never reserve another room there nor recommend for anyone to stay. Unprofessional Service.
