「Upon arrival at my room my key card didn't work . I had to go back down to front desk two times to get working key card . Not a very good first impression .」

「We couldn't get to the hotel due to an unforseen problem but my wife called the hotel and they charge me the cost of the room anyway and didn't hear what my wife told them.」

「Hotel was dirty took , had to wait 2 extra hours to check in. Staff was rude especially office manage who lives there with marker eyebrows.」

「The hotel was just ok. It’s an older building and in need of renovation. My room door was missing part of the bottom threshold so there was huge gap. I had to put a towel down for security. The room was clean, but carpets and walls were stained. The hallway from the elevator was dirty and needed to be mopped. The continental breakfast could have been better stocked. The attached bar and grill was convenient. I used the 15% off coupon offered at check in to grab a cheeseburger. It was very good!...

But the pots and pans were old and filthy. we didn’t comfortable touching them. Why would anybody keep the pots and pans in that condition? Not acceptable. The dishwasher was dirty too.」
