Perfekte Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage in Atlantiknähe

Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Siedlung im vom Meer abgewandten Teil der Ortschat Messanges etwa 800 Meter vom Ortszentrum entfern. Zum Ozean (plage) beträgt die Entfernung ca 3,5 km. Das Haus ist ein sehr schön eingerichteter Bungalow mit 2 großen Terrassen (prima Sonnenschutz), einem schönen beheizten Pool (abdeckbar) und Garten sowie Abstellmöglichkeiten für 2 PKW innerhalb des abschließbaren Grundstücks. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird - eine ordentlich eingerichtete Küche, 2 Kühlschränke mit Gefrierfächern, Herd, Backofen, Mikrowellengerät, Spülmaschine und mehr. Auch Wäscheständer, separate Wäscheleinen (teils überdacht) sind ebenso vorhanden wie Staubsauger inkl. Tischstaubsauger und mehr. WLAN funktioniert problemlos, die beiden Fernseher im Haus haben wir nicht getestet. Sitzgelegenheiten außen und innen inklusive Babyausstattung sind reichlich vorhanden. Am Pool finden sich vier Sonnenliegen teilweise mit bequemen Liegenauflagen. Wassertemperatur im Pool angenehme 23°. Für uns (3 Geneationen von 1-58 Jahre) war das Haus perfekt. Insbesondere auch die gute Organisation von Mme Demortier vor Ort mit komplikationsloser Hausübergabe empfanden wir als sehr angenehm. Wir möchten das Haus sehr gerne weiterempfehlen.

Séjour très agréable

Séjour très agréable. Agent immobilier très professionnel et disponible. Maison idéale pour un séjour en famille avec bébés /jeunes enfants. Piscine chauffée ce qui est très appréciable. Environnement calme.
