「Balcony, beautiful room design, location in old town, walkable. Especially the amazing staff who helped us when we checked in and checked out! Thank you for a wonderful last night in Tbilisi! 」

「The hotel is well maintained and clean. No smell in the room as many hotels in the old town has problem with their pipe smell. Breakfast is excellent with many good choices of healthy food. Staff are polite and helpful. It is close to the meeting points of some day tours but it is a little bit far from the central part of old street by walking. 」

「The stay experience is unremarkable as once we arrived have a friendly and warm welcome from the hotel staff. They are very friendly to purchase the mobile sim card from the vending machine that provide us convenience during our stay. There are well display and various of buffet item during our stay.」

「The hotel is situated in the central of old town which is a great location. The staff are helpful and friendly. The only thing is that the sewage system in the old town is probably old and so some smell comes up from the sewage pipes. 」

「The staff are very helpful and nice, the room is big and the balcony view is nice, and the location of the hotel is quite good, walk to old town around 5-8 mins, and many restaurant which is near hotel, walk around 3 mins, overall is good, the main problem is the washroom, the floor drain is quite slow」
