“Super cute little cottage! Incredibly clean, extras were provided that were super nice. Bed comfy. Parking tight but we had a 4-door truck and fit ok. Would stay again!”

“Can't say enough about how great this rental is. Even with bad weather it is in a beautiful location, so quiet and peaceful. The house is clean and cozy, comfy bed and nice kitchen. It has a very cool architectural mix of an asian vibe and being on a boat, minimalist but has everything you need. The hosts were so friendly and helpful with us using our coastal row boats from their dock. The tide swings greatly so just know you can't always use the dock at low tide unless you want to walk in the……

“The home had everything we needed. The amount of activities made it that we didn’t even have to leave the community if we didn’t want to. We spent three days relaxing at the pool and pond. The restaurant on site is exceptional. The location is perfect! We were able to take day trips to Cape Cod, Salem, Boston and Gloucester for whale watching. “This house has a big kitchen/living room and comfy beds. Not drinking the well water was odd-would be nice if the water provided was in glass and more plentiful. Also the paddle board was broken which was a bummer but the owner was very responsive and worked with us to make up for that. It’s a sweet cottage.”

“This house is exactly as described. There were 9 of us, 5 adults and 4 kids ages 7 to 17. We had space to be together and space to be apart. The bedrooms were good sizes. Having king size beds for the two couples with us was great. The location was terrific, beach access right down the street. The one and only thing we wished for was air conditioning. There are ceiling fans and window fans and they certainly helped. July in NH can be varied weather and no one but mother nature controls it. The……

“The cottage was a perfect place for my family and I to stay while visiting New England! Chris was very easy to communicate with and gave outstanding recommendations on places to go and see. The cottage is older, with some history, just like the surrounding areas. After battling the traffic in Boston and Salem, we loved the ability to come back to our private cottage on the hill and just relax. We enjoyed the stay and area and will definitely be back again.”
