"Second time booking at Knot. First was during Tokyo Marathon. I will book again when I visit Tokyo. It may be a bit of a walk to Shinjuku Station but the place is not chaotic which I prefer. The restaurant at the second floor is very good too aside from the bread they sell at the lobby. "

"Room was great a bit small, but it was expected, staff was really nice an accommodating. Loved the location close to the station just a few min walk. "

"Room is really really clean. Standard twin a bit tight but good in Tokyo standard. Have a sitting sofa, a chair and a desk. Washroom is clean and dry/wet area separated. Standing shower and tub. Location is great. There is about 7 minute walk to Nishi Shinjuku station and all the dinner places north east side. Two supermarkets and many convenience stores nearby with 7/11 just down the basement. Services are great. Room cleaning is great. Breakfast is great but gettin repetitive after a few days. Wish they change up the items a little bit. Overall 5/5 "

"It was great! Room was clean and staff was nice. The self service luggage storage was super helpful, especially with a airport bus stop right outside the property. About a 10-15 minute walk to Shinjuku station, so the location is really good too. Would definitely recommend and stay here again :)"

"Small room, but this is Tokyo afterall! Beautifully clean, quiet and efficiently laid out. Reception staff and concierge were very helpful and friendly. Location is great, although some additional detail on the website on how to get from Shinjuku station to the hotel would be welcome (maybe a map or info on which exit from the station etc)."

"Lovely cosy entrance and room felt luxurious and very clean. Very comfortable bed, Staff were so welcoming and a lovely Juice and chocolate gift on arriving. Loved my stay here "
