"The hotel and staff are fantastic. Very good stay, happy with just about everything. The location is convenient, the staff was professional and patient, the rooms were clean and functional, the day staff giving you fresh towels and taking away trash were excellent. My only problem was trying to laundry at the hotel facilities. The dryers did not work well. Other guests mentioned the problem as well. After two cycles (1 hour) I gave up and tried another machine. That didn’t help either. So everything about the hotel was either good or excellent except for theclaundry facilities. 4.5/5"
