"Had connecting room great for family of 4. Great views and plenty of space. However, hotel is very expensive to eat at. Laundry facilities aren’t very good - takes many times to dry clothes. "

"I stayed for 4 nights at this hotel and very much enjoyed my experience. The hotel is situated close by to different restaurants and shops. The staff are kind, and are ready to answer any and all questions you have. "

"Expedia screwed up the trip by not telling me that the Annex part of the hotel in 130 meters away from the main hotel, No one to help you upon arrival. Oh, ya Expedia also forgot to tell me that restaurant was only open for breakfast. Being a 85 year old traveler I was stuck with AL check in and out . "

"The breakfast was excellent! The staff was incredibly friendly. I requested late checkout and I guess there was a miscommunication or language barrier as my card was deactivated so had to go back through the process to get that redone. Overall great experience and will be back"

"I think if I was a 12 year old kid or a huge fan of Godzilla I would have been over the moon. However, I was on a business trip and while it was adequate for sleeping I lost a lot of time trying to work as there was no desk. The internet was slow, and there were no upgrade options. Overall if you are on holiday it's a cool place to stay, but for business definitely pass. The breakfast was at the Sizzler and I passed because there are great restaurants all around the area. It's clean, but the rooms are extremely small and it was always crowded in the lobby. Staff was friendly and seeing the Godzilla head was cool and all the membarbila was interesting. Would I stay here again? Probably not, but nothing bad to say about the experience. Overall a nice hotel centrally located in the heart of Shinjuku, but if you are staying here it is because of the Godzilla let's be honest! "
