"The stay at RiU Cancun was underwhelming such as the bedding and towels. Outdoor staff were great, bathrooms were clean, food area at Pepe’s was clean. Food overall (buffets and restaurants) was a 6/10."

"This was my second time staying at the hotel Marlowe. I like it because of the location which is very close to the central part of Mexico City. The area around the hotel is technically Chinatown and can be a little grimy, but the hotel itself is very clean and very cool in a mid-century modern way. I like that the hotel room still has classic furniture and there’s design elements everywhere you look. There is a restaurant at the hotel that had breakfast at once, it’s pretty good. Not sure if this is the best place for a family, but for solo travelers and business travelers, it’s pretty good."

"We loved this resort. The room was very functional, double sinks, comfortable bed with wonderful pillows. Turn down service nightly which I wasn't expecting. The restaurants were not your typical all-inclusive. They felt like actual restaurants. A few shout-outs. Pool service was superb - Andreas was wonderful. Jose at the Italian offered incredible service along with David for night service. The morning buffet was amazing, Marco with made to order smoothies and Disson for most attentive service. After visiting this resort, I will not go anywhere else for future vacations."

"GFACB has an amazing beach this time of year. The food and drinks were okay. The service was hit or miss it seemed like there was staff that genuinely loved their job and were pleased to make your stay fantastic without expecting tip and others that if they thought you wouldn’t tip them they would rather attend to guest that they thought would tip them more. We had great service at the coffee shop, steakhouse, sushi bar and adults only pool but not at the Italian restaurant, family pools or breakfast buffet. I would recommend for families with small children not so much teens. Also for couples that want to relax and enjoy the beach and pools. Overall we had a great stay."

"Loved the hotel and the surrounding area! The location made it easy to explore, with restaurants, shops, El Ángel, and Roma all within walking distance. The neighborhood was lively and upbeat, with plenty to see and do. The drinks at the hotel bar were great, and the friendly, helpful staff made the stay even more enjoyable. A wonderful place to stay and enjoy the city. I would happily return!"

"This is our second stay in this hotel. Hotel is great ! Super clean and comfortable.Perfect location for Dia De La Morta celebration. Staff are friendly and welcoming too, willing to help you with anything you may need. Only one thing that needs a little attention, the bathroom towels are very stiff and rough. A little fabric softener would really help."
