“We loved the space and workspaces that came as part of the members club. The room was stunning and well kept. Only slight con was the staff was not always on the same page and when we arrived at 5am we were told that our only option was to wait until 4pm to be brought to the room. Later, asking a different front desk employee we were told the room had been ready and could be taken up. Not sure why we had to wait in the lobby for as long as we did. “I cannot recommend this property. The room was not as advertised, which was disappointing from the beginning. Throughout my stay, there were ongoing noise issues, including loud TV starting around 5 a.m. and loud music late at night. After I reported the noise, another guest became extremely aggressive. He banged on multiple doors, repeatedly knocked on mine, shouted insults and slurs, and repeatedly threatened to harm whoever had reported him. I immediately informed the hosts that I no longer……

“Loved that there was free parking because parking is a big issue in Miami. The environment was clean and cozy. The check in process was quick and seamless. It would be nice if there was a bottle of water in the fridge at least. Even if it came at a cost, it would have been nice to have something to drink inside. The mattress was an issue because it was worn and had a sink in the middle. I had to use the cushions to help to keep me level on the bed to avoid back pain. The mattress in Room 2……
